Reiko Mochinaga Brandon, well-known Honolulu based fiber artist and Author, has helped shaping the contemporary textile movement in Hawai‘i, bridging influences from East and West. Her work intimately explores the possibilities of combining materials such as fabric, copper, and objects from nature. Reiko’s work reflects her contemporary artistic thought with the traditions of Japan.
